Musical Content
In order to preserve the intent that the Artist wishes to convey with their works, Vapor does not in any way modify or edit the tracks we receive and broadcast. There may be times where a track has been pre-edited by the Artist or Record Label, which is out of our control.

While we expect the exposure to these specific items to be minimal, exposure is possible while listening to Vapor. You may hear Musical Content that contains one or more of these items:

• Vulgar Language
• Sexual Moans or Noises

DJ Behavior
During the hours of 6 AM - 10 PM Eastern Standard Time (-4 GMT) our Broadcast Personalities will not use Vulgar Language or conduct activity over the air that may be considered against "FCC Community Standards". However, this does not mean that a DJ may not play Musical Content which would violate such standards.

During the hours of 10 PM - 6 AM Eastern Standard Time (-4 GMT) we do not restrict the language of our Broadcast Personalities.

Live Events
During Live Events, we have no control over the potential content that may be aired over our broadcast. However, if these broadcasts are during our 6 AM - 10 PM Eastern Standard Time (-4 GMT) period, we will provide vocal warnings that the broadcasts may be indecent at the beginning and after every break during that broadcast.

Note About FCC Community Standards
Please be aware that Vapor is an Internet-Based Radio Station. As such, we are exempt and not required to follow the FCC Rules regarding decency in broadcasting, however we have elected to partially enforce them in some area's of our broadcasts, as outlined above. Any complaints regarding our content to the FCC will be ignored, as they have no jurisdiction. Limitation of Liability
While Vapor Manager's will work their hardest to ensure we follow this policy, there is no solid guarantee, and therefore we cannot be held liable legally or personally in event that we fail to withhold this policy.
